Munnar, Alleppey, Kovalam, Kanyakumari, Trivandrum
Day 1
Arrive at Cochin International Airport/ Railway Station, meet and greet by your Le Tourister local representative and drive to Munnar (4Hours/135km). En route visit Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Check in to your Hotel upon arrival in Munnar and the rest of the day is free for you to relax. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park, famous for its endangered inhabitant - the Nilgiri Tahr and is home to several species of rare butterflies, birds and animals. Then visit the Top Station, which offers a magnificent view of the tea plantations and also the rolling hills caressed by blankets of mists. Later, proceed to Mattupetty dam, situated at a height of 1700 meters above sea level, known for its masonry dam and the beautiful lake which offers boat rides, and enjoy the surrounding green-carpeted hills. Evening drive back to hotel for Overnight stay.
Day 3
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Alleppey- Known as the ‘Venice of the East’. Check in to your Houseboat upon arrival in Alleppey and start an unforgettable cruising on the scenic backwaters of Kerala and also enjoy the local cuisine on board. Overnight on board houseboat.
Day 4
After breakfast, check out of the Houseboat and drive to Kovalam- the Paradise of South India. En route visit Sreepadmanabha Swami temple, Kanakakunnu Palace and Puthemalika Palace at Trivandrum. Check in to your hotel upon arrival at Kovalam. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5
After breakfast, today, enjoy the three adjacent crescent beaches of Kovalam- ideal for sunbathing and swimming in the calm low tidal waves and shadow waters. Watch a spectacular sunset in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Kanyakumari. Check in to your Hotel upon arrival and proceed to visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial- founded to commemorate the visit of Swami Vivekananda. Evening watch sunset. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 7
After breakfast, check out of the Hotel and transfer to Trivandrum Airport/railway station to return home.
